A high speed spindle is one of the fundamental components of a high speed machining process.
The blazing speed of the spindle evacuates chips, and the heat associated with them, from the cutting field. It also results in lower machining forces and less vibration. All of this make it possible to reach high feed rates and improves the quality of the cut and surface finish.

Thanks to spray cooling system the heat of the tool and the part is rapidly and thoroughly dissipated because a sprayed coolant mist exposes a greater fluid surface area than flooding cooling systems and is thus capable of absorbing more heat faster. This extends tool life for lower costs per part.
